The main fabric is made up of 75% merino wool and 7% elastane, weighing just 145gsm. This lightweight and extremely soft wool fabric is combined with a structured, highly breathable and quick drying polyester material and together they form a fantastic base layer that both absorbs moisture, ventilates and keeps you warm.
The Purpose Merino Jersey has a long-zipped pocket and three open pockets in the back. The Jersey has a narrow elastic fit and fits perfectly as a middle layer on cold days, or on its own when it's only slightly chilly outside. It is both insulating and lightweight making it suitable for all seasons.
The jersey allows good mobility and fits most people, but it has a tight and narrow fit, therefore sitting close to the body.
