We are Surpas. We design and develop game-changing custom race suits and apparel for competitive triathletes who share our passion for performance and speed. Based in our native Norway, we’re a family-led business and the founders of high-end endurance and outdoor sportswear brand, Trimtex. Harnessing our years of experience in R&D and textile technology, we created Surpas in 2023 to tailor specifically to the unique needs and ambitions of our triathlon community.

Our professional athletes deliver top-class performances, and our triathlon suits have won at the Olympic Games, Ironman World Championships, World Triathlon Championship Series, Extreme Triathlon Series, and multiple Ironman distances. Together with our athletes, we focus on developing the fastest and most advance triathlon suits.

We are now moving to further expand our presence in the French and European and triathlon market, seeking skilled salespersons to strengthen our position globally. You will join an enthusiastic global sales team who seeks new colleagues to be responsible for selling mainly towards the French and connected European triathlon market.

About the job

We are looking for persons with deep passion and knowledge for triathlon, with excellent French speaking skills, comfortable with English as work language, and who can identify with our core values: Bold, Agile, Responsible, and Open.

‌In the role as our new Sales Account Manager, you will take full ownership of your responsibilities, be self-motivated and driven to achieve excellent results, with a persistent and competitive attitude like our athletes. To succeed, we envisage that you are a skilled relationship builder with a strong interest and knowlegde of triathlon, and that you have a solid network inside the French and European club and team market.

‌If you are an active athlete who wishes to combine the role with your training, the position can be 60% - 100%.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interest in triathlon and preferably a background as an active professional athlete, Age grouper or coach.
  • Native French language and comfortable with English as work language.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • University degree is preferable.
  • Documented results and experience as an active athlete can compensate for lack of education/qualifications.

  • Great interest in triathlon and the sports industry.
  • A positive and outgoing attitude and strong network builder.
  • Structured and prominent service attitude to ensure world class customer experiences.
  • Reliable and ambitious selesman with a lot of growth mindset and passion for our products and services.
