Surpas is a Norwegian performance sportswear brand designing and developing technical race suits and apparel for competitive triathlon and endurance athletes.
Founded in 2023 and backed by 50 years of R&D and textile expertise from our parent company, Trimtex Group, Surpas combines Norwegian engineering with extensive testing and athlete collaboration to develop gear focused on speed, comfort and performance.
Our products are designed in Norway and manufactured in Europe, with technologies developed and tested both in the lab and in the field alongside top-level athletes and technology experts.
You can get in touch with Surpas using the contact form at the bottom of the page.

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact claims@surpasofficial.com so the issue can be assessed and an appropriate solution found.
On supported Surpas product pages, select "What is my size?".
Enter the requested information, including your age, height and weight, and the sizing tool will provide a recommendation.
If in doubt, you can control the result by looking at the size chart and measure manually.
Surpas products are divided into three fit categories:
Relaxed Fit – comfortable and casual.
Firm Fit – slim but comfortable and designed for performance.
Race Fit – extra tight to maximise race performance and aerodynamics.
Surpas's current online sizing tool is designed to provide a recommendation without requiring you to manually take a full set of body measurements.
Enter the requested information into the sizing tool on the product page and follow its instructions.
Use the Surpas product-specific sizing tool first.
Fit varies according to the product and its intended use. If the recommendation remains unclear, contact Surpas before ordering rather than guessing—particularly for a custom product that cannot be returned or exchanged.
Fit can differ between products and sports.
A Race Fit tri suit is intentionally much tighter than a relaxed training garment, for example. Surpas therefore classifies products by fit and provides product-specific sizing information.
Use the sizing recommendation for the actual product you're buying.
Surpas Race Fit is extra tight and designed to maximise race performance and aerodynamics.
Performance clothing should sit close to the body while still allowing the movement required by the sport.
Surpas offers men's, women's and selected unisex products.
Fit and available sizing can therefore differ by product. Check the individual product page to see whether the garment is men's, women's or unisex and use its corresponding sizing information.
Yes. If you're uncertain about your size, contact us before ordering.

Custom for One allows you to create your own customised Surpas Insane race suit.
You choose your speedsuit and work with the Surpas design team to develop your individual colours, logos and design.
The current Custom for One programme offers the Insane ARC Speedsuit and Insane CRC Speedsuit.
The process has four main stages:
1. Contact – Contact Surpas to start your custom project.
2. Design – Work with the Surpas design team to develop your colours, logos and design. You can review and refine the design.
3. Production – Once the final design is approved, production begins.
4. Race – Your finished custom Insane suit is delivered and ready for race day.
The Surpas team also helps you select the appropriate fit during the process.
Each suit is crafted with precision, with delivery typically taking between 5–8 weeks after the design is finalised.
Because the design must be completed before production begins, allow additional time for the design process itself.
Surpas helps you select the appropriate fit as part of the Custom for One process.
Because the suit is made specifically for you and cannot normally be returned or exchanged, make sure you are confident about sizing before the design enters production.
Surpas Custom for Teams allows clubs, teams and companies to create custom performance apparel built around their own identity, colours and requirements.
You receive personal support throughout the process, including help from experienced designers who create a unique design based on your team's identity, ideas and requirements.
Production takes place at our own factory in Europe.
Custom for Teams is designed for clubs, teams and companies that want their own custom-designed performance apparel.
Whether you're outfitting a triathlon club, cycling team, running group or company, our team can help you create a collection based on your needs and visual identity.
The custom process has four main steps:
1. Submit the contact form
Send us your custom enquiry. We will contact you to discuss your ideas, requirements and available options.
2. The design process begins
Our designers work with you to create a unique design based on your team's identity, ideas and requirements.
3. Production begins
Once the design has been approved, production starts at our own factory in Europe.
4. Delivery
Your finished products can be delivered together to your club, team or company, or directly to individual members when using the Teamshop solution.
Yes. Custom design is included.
Our experienced design team works with you to develop a unique design based on your team's identity, ideas and requirements.
You don't need to have a finished design before contacting us. Start with your ideas, colours, logos and requirements, and our designers can help turn them into a complete custom collection.
Custom products are produced at our own factory in Europe.
Having our own European production facility helps us maintain control over production and offer reliable delivery times.
Production and delivery normally take approximately 5–7 weeks once the design has been approved.
Remember to allow additional time for the design process before production starts. If you need your teamwear for a specific race, event or season, we recommend starting the process well in advance.
Surpas offers low minimum order quantities of 5 pieces for custom teamwear.
If your club or company qualifies for a Teamshop, there is no minimum quantity per product. Custom products can be ordered down to a single piece per product through the Teamshop.
Yes. Sample kits are available as part of the custom service.
A sample kit can help team members assess products and find the right sizes before ordering.
Contact us to discuss which samples are available for your team.
We recommend using the Surpas sizing information together with available sample products before ordering.
Sample kits can help members try products and determine their preferred fit and size before placing an order, which is particularly useful for close-fitting performance apparel.
A Teamshop is a dedicated online store where members of your club or employees of your company can order your custom-designed products themselves.
Instead of one person collecting everyone's products, sizes and payments, each member can enter the Teamshop, choose the products they want and complete their own order.
The Teamshop solution is available to clubs and companies that meet the requirements for the service.
The current requirements are:
Contact us to discuss whether Teamshop is the right solution for your organisation.
No. Customers using the Teamshop solution have no minimum quantity limit per product.
Custom designs can be produced down to one piece per product.
This means one member can order a product in your team's custom design without the entire team having to order the same product at the same time.
No. The Teamshop is open for a set ordering period, and team members can place their individual orders whenever it suits them within that time frame.
Each member selects and orders the products they want directly through the Teamshop, so there is no need for everyone to order at the same time.
Yes. Team members or employees select the products they want directly in the Teamshop and complete their own orders.
This significantly reduces the amount of order administration required from the club or company.
Yes. Individual customers can pay for their own products at checkout in the Teamshop.
This means the club or company does not necessarily need to collect money from every member and place one combined order.
Yes. The Teamshop solution supports arrangements where a club or company wants to provide additional subsidies to members or employees.
Contact us when setting up the Teamshop to discuss the appropriate solution.
Yes. The Teamshop has solutions for discount codes that your club or company wants to offer to members or employees.
This can be discussed as part of setting up your Teamshop.
Your club or company must have the potential to reach at least €2,000 in total purchases to qualify for the Teamshop solution.
This is different from a minimum order quantity. Once your organisation has a Teamshop, there is no minimum quantity per product, and custom products can be produced down to one piece per product.
Teamshop orders can be delivered in two ways:
Individual delivery – products are sent directly to the member's home address.
Joint delivery – products are delivered together to the club or workplace.
The appropriate delivery setup can be agreed when establishing your Teamshop.
Yes. The Teamshop is specifically designed to require minimal administration from the club or company.
Members can select their own products, place their own orders and pay at checkout, reducing the need for a team administrator to manually collect sizes, products and payments.
We also help you communicate the necessary Teamshop information to your members or employees.
No. Delivery for Teamshop customers must be within the EU.
If your team is outside the EU, contact us to discuss the custom ordering options available to you.
A Teamshop makes managing custom teamwear considerably simpler for clubs and companies.
Members can choose their own products, place their own orders and pay at checkout. Products can be delivered individually or together to the organisation, and there is no minimum quantity per product.
The Teamshop also supports club or company subsidies and discount codes and is designed to require minimal administration from the organisation.
Start by submitting the Custom for Teams contact form.
Tell us about your club, team or company and what you're looking for. We will contact you to discuss your ideas, requirements and available options.
Our designers then work with you to develop your custom design. Once the design is approved, production begins at our own factory in Europe.
No.
Custom-made products created to your specifications or with a distinct personal design do not have the normal right of withdrawal or return.
No.
Because the product has been manufactured specifically for you in a unique design, Surpas's current terms state that custom products cannot be exchanged or returned.
This is why getting the size right before production is particularly important.
