Join us for a summer filled with activities, community and inspiration in the heart of Lillesand. Throughout the summer Surpas will be hosting a range of open activities for anyone who wants to take part, whether you're an experienced athlete, exercise regularly, or simply looking for an active start to your day or weekend. All sessions are designed so everyone can participate at their own pace.

All activities start and finish at the Surpas Concept Store. After each activity, we'll provide refreshments with drinks from NOCCO, and all participants will have the opportunity to receive an exclusive discount on selected in-store offers available same day.

Summer Activities

Surpas Wake Up Runs

Start your day with a social 5-7 km run at an easy pace (6:00-6:15 min/km). These runs are suitable for all fitness levels and are just as much about community as they are about running.

We'll announce new Wake Up Runs on a weekly basis. Join us on the next one on Saturday, June 27th at 09:00.

Surpas Social Rides

Enjoy a relaxed and social group ride with a focus on great experiences and good company rather than speed or performance.

Social Rides will take place on selected dates throughout July.
